It is rightly said : Nothing Stays Forever !

So, As I am into L & D department. My role is to meet with lot of trainers. There are various training programs  continuously going on.

One of the trainer "Mr. Satish Bala" session was going on. And in the End, when everyone was about to move out. He asked every one to stay back by saying that he needs to address something to all of us. I got afraid, for couple of minutes my brain started making the assumptions. As, I was from  HR, so was worried, that did something went weird, which he didn't liked !

And it was all about .....

Saying GoodBye to all of us. He said, He is leaving his organization (Dale Carnegie) and going to start something of his own.

In my Life till now, I have listened to  many speakers. But, honestly saying, he is one of the best facilitator.
That's where he added to his speech, I am just leaving the organization. I am always there available on call.
 People come in and go is the cycle.

i need.....

So, As I have joined Piaggio Vehicle private limited. I visit Baramati once in a week.
The day I travel to Baramati, I have a long busy tiring Schedule.
So, while i was taking a break, I realized that somewhere I have given up on my blog.

So, What do I need to do ?
 There was a purpose to create this blog.
The purpose was ..
 Sometime you have so many things to discuss, but you do not have the right person to share with..
 Sometime we just keep on thinking and thinking.
 Some good memories to share.
And, the last is the unspoken things..........


Now, I need  to go back to my basics and start writing blogs. 

How was March Month ?

If Someone ask me to describe march Month.
 I just would say hectic and happy. 

Hectic, because all I do is Mon-Sat office. 9 hours of Job is just a saying. 
I work for 12 hours.

Happy, because mom dad came to pune to meet me for one and half day.

I found new people, as this is my first Job. It's just I want a break. 

I am looking for the good things to happen and the April month should go better.
 

my daily routine.

Sometimes, I just wonder that time moves so fast.
Each day, the same routine to be follow.

Early morning alarms, I try to get up at 6:30am or max by 7:00am. Then, I get ready , pack my tiffin and run to the office.
My office starts at 9:00am till 6:30pm and then I have to face the famous called traffic of pune to reach my home.
And, that's how my day ends.

The only thing that helps me is the faith in God and my daily prayer.

Holi - 2018 Celebration !

 Holi, Festival of Colours !!
Firstly, I missed my family. From last couple of years, I am unable to go to my hometown. Last Year I was in Delhi and this time , it was in pune. So, this is how we celebrate in office, followed by dinner at  Marzorin cafe !
I hope this colours may always remain bright in our Life too.

 Hello Everyone.  So,the month of march has started. And, I just finished 16days of my first Job. And, still a long way to go ahead. My work role is in HR department. Specific in Training & Development Function. So, wherein different type of training are conducted for everyone in the organization. From Low level management till the upper level management. 

So, I get opportunity to visit so many different places , meet different trainers. But, I do really keep asking myself very often : Is this what I was expecting in my first Job. 

But, The answer to my question says :No !

One thing that makes me happy :"When your General Manager calls you in the cabin after 15days of Your Job, and appreciate you and tells the reason of why the company selected me , because they saw the strength of mine to work in the manufacturing industry, where the women's ratio is very less, And, it motivated me to learn more and do as much as needed for the organization and for my growth too.

About the Padman Movie - A movie of Initiative and trying to bring the change

Laxmikant a simple man who earns his daily wages living in a small village in MP with his mom , sister and wife. The best husband I must say , because he brings out every solution for his wife’s teary eyes. Then whether it while cutting onions, a comfortable seat  in a cycle, and his big struggle for providing comfort economically for wife’s period days.

 She rejects to us the expensive sanitary pad, which cost 55/- a pack. Everyone is the village, mom, sister, wife, gram panchayat, medical students call him a psychic guy.

But, still  he does what he want to. He always implemented his innovative ideas and also get succeeded. He doesn’t give up at any stage. It is always said “Actions speak more than the words”

Basically, a nice touch !

But, If We look practically.

Let's take an look at one the family in village 

A family consisting of 4-5 members.

And only 2 person are earning their regular wages.

Just imagine, is it really  possible for the ladies of the house to afford such expensive sanitary pads !

A Question to think ?

So, what I feel , Is the mail objective of the movie is raising the reason why the tier 3 (Rural Areas cities) , there the ladies are not using the sanitary pads , instead using a "Ganda kapda".

It's time now for the Govt. to bring out some solution to this problem.
