Dusshera Celebration at Piaggio Office !

This is my 1st Dusshera Celebration at Piaggio Office. 

I can't believe that we're just two month away from the new year.

It is truly said by someone that Time does this funny thing where it shrinks and expand unannounced.

Eagerly waiting for Diwali Celebration.  Also, I would be going to my hometown. Last two years I was not with my family during Diwali.

Saturday ... Watching Dangal movie!

Today is 5th August !


Last three weeks were damn busy. Lot of Events were there to organize at Piaggio. Also, my gym schedule, but I am not able to focus on my diet. Well, I am asked to follow the Keto Diet in some days, hope for the best.

Yesterday, I watched "Dangal movie." Some scenes brought tears in my eyes. Young Geeta & Babita are really awesome and charming. The best scene when Aamir Khan (Playing Dad role) ask them to get ready at 5 a.m and before starting their training, he as them to have as many as Pani-Puri.

A village mindset is generally, the females/women's are born and as they grow, they are assigned with cleaning & cooking duties. A good thing which is Mr. Phogat begins to wonder the potential in his both daughter's

Well, I cannot conclude with a particular statement to comment on this movie. But, Yes A motivational movie which should be taken as an inspiration and move ahead.

My Learning :

If you have a dream, what you need is : "FOCUS." If you get diverted into any stupidity,you may not be able to achieve what you desire.

Another fact,There are no limits/restriction. All that matters is one's thinking & mindset.

A Visit to Lonavala (Rhythm Resort)!

20th & 21st July, 2018.

I was playing the Coordinator role (i.e from Piaggio team).

We were looking for the Resorts for this Event. And, from few options we finalized Rhythm Resort for conducting this Event.

The food really taste damn good. special thanks to the chef. I wish i could have taken  few snaps.

June, 2018 Month !!

30th June, 2018 !

One more month completed from 2018 Year Calendar. 

Each second passes,

Each minute passes,

Each day pass on, with a hope for the following good day,

A year consist of 12 months, out of which today 6 months are  completed !

And, 

Just another 6 months of 2018 ! 

And, hence with a great New Year Party, there will be 2019 soon. !

We all may not be the same, who we are today !

Yes, with the change in the time, we human beings also change !

People, do often sometimes always question : Is change Good?

I always answer : Change has nothing to do with good or.bad. There's always a point in everyone's life where it is a tough situation. But, we all have to manage the up's and down's. So, Yes, if you change yourself, and the consequences shall be really awesome. Please Go Ahead with the Change.




Let me share few glimpse of how my June month was ?

So, this is going to be something very weird, when you shall read this ahead...

It was last month, All of sudden, I realized that from last 2 years, I never tooked care of my health. And, yes with the leg injury, I put on so much of weight. It's high time to bring some change in me.

So, 
Yes, from June month I started doing exercise and Diet and hope so the outcomes of the efforts are just WOW. I have got personal GYM Trainer for m Weight Loss Program. His name is  Mr. Rahil Pathan. I am really thankful to him for spending his time for me. 

So, My mission for next atleast minimum 6 months is find My Life Again !

Well, that's what something new i have started for me.

Another good news : My best friend got engaged ! Deepika Arora and Gaurav Kochar... 

Congratulations to both of you.  Hope to meet you both in November ! @Delhi Celebration time again

Last, but not the least !  And, with every passing weekend !
My first job assignment is going Okay-Okay ! 
I am grateful for completing my trainee period in another 15 days. 


I'm closing this week feeling a lot of gratitude of work. And with a hope where i shall push the boundaries and make some more space.

It is rightly said : Nothing Stays Forever !

So, As I am into L & D department. My role is to meet with lot of trainers. There are various training programs  continuously going on.

One of the trainer "Mr. Satish Bala" session was going on. And in the End, when everyone was about to move out. He asked every one to stay back by saying that he needs to address something to all of us. I got afraid, for couple of minutes my brain started making the assumptions. As, I was from  HR, so was worried, that did something went weird, which he didn't liked !

And it was all about .....

Saying GoodBye to all of us. He said, He is leaving his organization (Dale Carnegie) and going to start something of his own.

In my Life till now, I have listened to  many speakers. But, honestly saying, he is one of the best facilitator.
That's where he added to his speech, I am just leaving the organization. I am always there available on call.
 People come in and go is the cycle.

i need.....

So, As I have joined Piaggio Vehicle private limited. I visit Baramati once in a week.
The day I travel to Baramati, I have a long busy tiring Schedule.
So, while i was taking a break, I realized that somewhere I have given up on my blog.

So, What do I need to do ?
 There was a purpose to create this blog.
The purpose was ..
 Sometime you have so many things to discuss, but you do not have the right person to share with..
 Sometime we just keep on thinking and thinking.
 Some good memories to share.
And, the last is the unspoken things..........


Now, I need  to go back to my basics and start writing blogs. 

How was March Month ?

If Someone ask me to describe march Month.
 I just would say hectic and happy. 

Hectic, because all I do is Mon-Sat office. 9 hours of Job is just a saying. 
I work for 12 hours.

Happy, because mom dad came to pune to meet me for one and half day.

I found new people, as this is my first Job. It's just I want a break. 

I am looking for the good things to happen and the April month should go better.
 

my daily routine.

Sometimes, I just wonder that time moves so fast.
Each day, the same routine to be follow.

Early morning alarms, I try to get up at 6:30am or max by 7:00am. Then, I get ready , pack my tiffin and run to the office.
My office starts at 9:00am till 6:30pm and then I have to face the famous called traffic of pune to reach my home.
And, that's how my day ends.

The only thing that helps me is the faith in God and my daily prayer.

Holi - 2018 Celebration !

 Holi, Festival of Colours !!
Firstly, I missed my family. From last couple of years, I am unable to go to my hometown. Last Year I was in Delhi and this time , it was in pune. So, this is how we celebrate in office, followed by dinner at  Marzorin cafe !
I hope this colours may always remain bright in our Life too.

 Hello Everyone.  So,the month of march has started. And, I just finished 16days of my first Job. And, still a long way to go ahead. My work role is in HR department. Specific in Training & Development Function. So, wherein different type of training are conducted for everyone in the organization. From Low level management till the upper level management. 

So, I get opportunity to visit so many different places , meet different trainers. But, I do really keep asking myself very often : Is this what I was expecting in my first Job. 

But, The answer to my question says :No !

One thing that makes me happy :"When your General Manager calls you in the cabin after 15days of Your Job, and appreciate you and tells the reason of why the company selected me , because they saw the strength of mine to work in the manufacturing industry, where the women's ratio is very less, And, it motivated me to learn more and do as much as needed for the organization and for my growth too.

About the Padman Movie - A movie of Initiative and trying to bring the change

Laxmikant a simple man who earns his daily wages living in a small village in MP with his mom , sister and wife. The best husband I must say , because he brings out every solution for his wife’s teary eyes. Then whether it while cutting onions, a comfortable seat  in a cycle, and his big struggle for providing comfort economically for wife’s period days.

 She rejects to us the expensive sanitary pad, which cost 55/- a pack. Everyone is the village, mom, sister, wife, gram panchayat, medical students call him a psychic guy.

But, still  he does what he want to. He always implemented his innovative ideas and also get succeeded. He doesn’t give up at any stage. It is always said “Actions speak more than the words”

Basically, a nice touch !

But, If We look practically.

Let's take an look at one the family in village 

A family consisting of 4-5 members.

And only 2 person are earning their regular wages.

Just imagine, is it really  possible for the ladies of the house to afford such expensive sanitary pads !

A Question to think ?

So, what I feel , Is the mail objective of the movie is raising the reason why the tier 3 (Rural Areas cities) , there the ladies are not using the sanitary pads , instead using a "Ganda kapda".

It's time now for the Govt. to bring out some solution to this problem. 

First Day Of Job !

  A new phase of Life. Started my first Job at Piaggio as a Project Trainee post. 

The Job role I am handling is a mixture of Training & Development , Leadership & OD Intervention. 

There are lot of Challenges to be faced. 
Also, I am still trying to understand a lot many things.

Honestly saying. It's been a week I started , My observation and the experience of  7 days says : " There is nothing wrong in the organization system. But,the people who are given some power to take care of the functionality of the organization try to dominant the freshers/employees working under them "

Which ruin the definition of the "Corporate World"

This is the road of  Baramati.  I used to travel twice in a week.

That's my Desk. Training & Scheduling. My First desk of Job. I was scared to join this. The day I entered felt good,,, and then as slowly days passed away,  The reality came in front.
The Few horror boss ,
But literally few genuine and humble people.

Why Bosses are Like this ?


I am waiting for the Kind of Boss , who would be like Yea, No problem, Make a mistake & learn. Atleast for the Freshers.

The day I get such Boss. I will salute that person. 
Or else I shall become such kind of Boss.

A little disappointment. But , I hope things change for the betterment.

Finding Life Again....

 

So, There are various reasons in Life, where you decide to Change.

So, The Journey of 19 months of Pune & 3 months  of Delhi today has made me strong Girl.

One thing I learnt from my recent past experiences(i.e pune & delhi days) that "Nothing is permanent, nothing stays the same. Not even me." 

All I believe is "I must keep flowing!"

Today, many things have left behind.....

 Few things have been on hold......

I was someone very different from today who I am !

I am still learning a lot....

Everyday, Slowly and calmly,

I am dealing with different people,

I'm adjusting !

I am finding myself coping!

I'm making peace with all I have nearby !

I observe. . .

I sit quietly. . .

I am rediscovering myself. . .

A new version of me. . .

Just waiting for that one day...

Where I can be my own boss !

Finally, I'm at the start of doing something new, rather than wasting time in remembering something old & dusted..

I'm ready to get going !
