 Hello Everyone.  So,the month of march has started. And, I just finished 16days of my first Job. And, still a long way to go ahead. My work role is in HR department. Specific in Training & Development Function. So, wherein different type of training are conducted for everyone in the organization. From Low level management till the upper level management. 

So, I get opportunity to visit so many different places , meet different trainers. But, I do really keep asking myself very often : Is this what I was expecting in my first Job. 

But, The answer to my question says :No !

One thing that makes me happy :"When your General Manager calls you in the cabin after 15days of Your Job, and appreciate you and tells the reason of why the company selected me , because they saw the strength of mine to work in the manufacturing industry, where the women's ratio is very less, And, it motivated me to learn more and do as much as needed for the organization and for my growth too.

About the Padman Movie - A movie of Initiative and trying to bring the change

Laxmikant a simple man who earns his daily wages living in a small village in MP with his mom , sister and wife. The best husband I must say , because he brings out every solution for his wife’s teary eyes. Then whether it while cutting onions, a comfortable seat  in a cycle, and his big struggle for providing comfort economically for wife’s period days.

 She rejects to us the expensive sanitary pad, which cost 55/- a pack. Everyone is the village, mom, sister, wife, gram panchayat, medical students call him a psychic guy.

But, still  he does what he want to. He always implemented his innovative ideas and also get succeeded. He doesn’t give up at any stage. It is always said “Actions speak more than the words”

Basically, a nice touch !

But, If We look practically.

Let's take an look at one the family in village 

A family consisting of 4-5 members.

And only 2 person are earning their regular wages.

Just imagine, is it really  possible for the ladies of the house to afford such expensive sanitary pads !

A Question to think ?

So, what I feel , Is the mail objective of the movie is raising the reason why the tier 3 (Rural Areas cities) , there the ladies are not using the sanitary pads , instead using a "Ganda kapda".

It's time now for the Govt. to bring out some solution to this problem. 

First Day Of Job !

  A new phase of Life. Started my first Job at Piaggio as a Project Trainee post. 

The Job role I am handling is a mixture of Training & Development , Leadership & OD Intervention. 

There are lot of Challenges to be faced. 
Also, I am still trying to understand a lot many things.

Honestly saying. It's been a week I started , My observation and the experience of  7 days says : " There is nothing wrong in the organization system. But,the people who are given some power to take care of the functionality of the organization try to dominant the freshers/employees working under them "

Which ruin the definition of the "Corporate World"

This is the road of  Baramati.  I used to travel twice in a week.

That's my Desk. Training & Scheduling. My First desk of Job. I was scared to join this. The day I entered felt good,,, and then as slowly days passed away,  The reality came in front.
The Few horror boss ,
But literally few genuine and humble people.

Why Bosses are Like this ?


I am waiting for the Kind of Boss , who would be like Yea, No problem, Make a mistake & learn. Atleast for the Freshers.

The day I get such Boss. I will salute that person. 
Or else I shall become such kind of Boss.

A little disappointment. But , I hope things change for the betterment.

Finding Life Again....

 

So, There are various reasons in Life, where you decide to Change.

So, The Journey of 19 months of Pune & 3 months  of Delhi today has made me strong Girl.

One thing I learnt from my recent past experiences(i.e pune & delhi days) that "Nothing is permanent, nothing stays the same. Not even me." 

All I believe is "I must keep flowing!"

Today, many things have left behind.....

 Few things have been on hold......

I was someone very different from today who I am !

I am still learning a lot....

Everyday, Slowly and calmly,

I am dealing with different people,

I'm adjusting !

I am finding myself coping!

I'm making peace with all I have nearby !

I observe. . .

I sit quietly. . .

I am rediscovering myself. . .

A new version of me. . .

Just waiting for that one day...

Where I can be my own boss !

Finally, I'm at the start of doing something new, rather than wasting time in remembering something old & dusted..

I'm ready to get going !

I always feel like all my problems are solved.

Diwali-2017

To All my Readers ,

Wishing you a Very Happy Diwali and Happy New Year :)

This is my 2nd Diwali where I was not with my family. But, next year forsure wherever I am, I shall go to my hometown to celebrate diwali with my family.

Diwali means thousand of lamps, the entire city is decorated with light.

and the diyas ... which means actually

 A HOPE 

I pray like how diyas and lamps bring brightness in our homes, but it should also bring light to our heart  &  souls.

All Thanks to The EduMENTOR Team, IBS Pune & my friends & family.

I always believe that Success doesn't come easy. It takes a little bit time also the most important factor is the Efforts & Faith.

The SIP was a duration of  14 weeks in the hot summer (March,17 - May,17) and that too in Delhi.

Honestly saying, I wish I could have done it for more time. The challenges which I faced made me stronger and showed me that , This is how the real world is. The targets  & pressures  on daily basis.
Everyday was a new challenge for me.

A New City, Travelling for 3hours in different Metro's from source to destination ( East Delhi to North Delhi).

Starting the Journey at 8:00 in the morning till 8:00 in the evening.

The Job Role for me was to covert the students into enrollments.

But Believe me , I was happy when apart from this , actually I was guiding the students for their actual future path. which made my inner soul happy and helped me to reach in my success.

I was running a batch of 17girls who were preparing for their B.el.ed Course, of govt. School.
The girls today have got admission in the top colleges.

The success in counted, when a student text you "Ma'am , Got admission in Miranda House."
Till today few students post their college life starts.
Ma'am , I got admission in so and so college."

"Success is always a Journey, The doing is more important than the outcome."

I followed this motto in my SIP.I never thought that I need to the 5 students conversion by the end of the day to show my boss. But, what I am doing should not be fake.
