Let’s face it. Sometimes you’re stuck. It can feel like there are secrets for being happy, and you just don’t know what they are. 

Whether its the job market, the job you already have that’s just about killing you, or some other difficult situation, it can be really hard to be happy.

Our situation may be difficult, but we can look for the lessons in it. We can still make a point of enjoying special moments like the feeling of a gentle wind on our face, the smile of a young child, or the satisfaction of a good meal.

The Moment When I take Responsibilities... I always think that it is not all roses, there are thornes in it; it is not all sweet, there are many bitter moments in it. The sweet is always balanced by bitter, they always come in same proportion. The roses are balanced by thorns, the days by the nights, the summers by the winters. Life keeps a balance between the polar opposites..I am always ready to take the responsibilities with  all its beauties, bitterness, its joys and agonies......

I accept the responsibilities with all that is good and with all that is bad, with all that is beautiful and that which is not beautiful.

The water sports (started with bouncing ride on water scooter, swimming in sea, flying in the sky with para sailing...)
Bahut jyada hi pani me hu gaya...

Apart from all this...
Whenever it is trip with either your family or friends...
You get time to spend with each other.

More than half of all human communication takes place non-verbally.

Constantly, We keep on texting, read the messages , speak in public. Remember you are being judged.

When you speak in front of audience. You are not only transmitting the content, but a good amount of information is conveyed by your appearence, manner & physical behavior.

Little things like seeds of appreciation, respect, joy, trust..etc that builds strong relation.

Certain things are not in our control. 

On Love

Yesterday, We had a discussion on love with my two friends. When I was in higher School, I was not knowing what love is ?

Then, the teenager stage, you come under the "cool" category. The level of demand for a relationship with you  somewhere comes in your mind. Most of the shit & bullshit happens.

Some relations are all smoky where you never know what the other persom actually is ?

In life , there are rise & falls...
So shall happens in love, It may be succesful or failure... You might face Yes or No.
   All that I believe in one beautiful sentence.

     Wait, there's more !!
I feel that Yes, love is not an easybite for every1. The major cause is that it is said Love happens only once. I agree with it. But , my views are it is not true for all situations.

I have talked to many people who had break-up. I asked them the reason behind it...
As per my survey few common answers are as follows :

May be if i confess then she/he will not be my friend anymore.

Some family issues.
Sometime after spending some time you realize that the tea is not for you both.

But, the beautiful love bond is when the friendship turns to love. Bcz , you are aware of each and every thing.

Lastly, I wanna say to all my dear readers don't hesitate in approaching, show your emotions , feelings, confess.

After a long gap !

Hello all,
I've been very busy nowadays, and couldn't post much and also an apology.

Let me tell you, where I was busy, HR Club event followed by Fresher's Week. (From RED rose day , culture day,  boolywood day, DJ Night). The past week I was not only able to give time to myself.

Today's topic is 'Relationship don't have to suck anymore.' As you keep on growing the level of relationship changes.

Sometimes Issues with partners, friends, family member have left a bitter taste. The sad part is that many beautiful moments had missed and gone wasted.
Never think that you can't manage it.  It shall not be difficult if we knew what makes tick.

I agree that place, time, situation has an impact on our moods. But don't make it a habit.

Just want to say to Stay Happy.
Because you yourself have to key to happiness by choosing up a moment.

Hello Readers !

Yes, It's Pune. I'm writing this from Pune.
I started my Post Graduation Program (Management) in IBS Business School from Pune.
I can say this would be my last Educational phase of my Life.
No more patience to sit in the lecture's....
I've no clue about what & where kind of questions after this 2 Years of my Post Graduation...

 
The reason of joining IBS is just to keep on learning , and enhance the skills which shall help me ahead in one or the other aspect of my Life.

Today is the 22nd day of mine in Pune City. But, It make me to feel that it has been a long time I knew this place. But, It's Expensive. And this Expensive word when i experience, I feel like If you want to lead a luxury life, you need to earn , not just earn, but a pretty good amount.

Another part is what I felt by talking to many new faces is "Live in the Present, Please keep on changing and also upgrading yourself, also change is must " , "Adopt the nature, surrounding", "Be Practical". 
The World shall never understand the language of Love, Emotions  & feeling.

I hope , My Journey of Pune transforms me with good vibes.

Apart from this, From nowonwads  I shall be sharing all my pune diaries. You shall come to know a lot about the pune, but slowly slowly......

The one girl is dreaming in the morning & The other one  is enjoying the beauty of the nature.

Today Morning, when I opened my FB, It waked me up saying "Heena, You have completed 4years of your Friendship with Madhuri Advani(the one wearing Scarf)!"

She named me "meri vacation vali dost", Yes, We meet in the summer vacation after our 10th Board, That was the starting point of our "Bond Journey". Our morning talks after the morning walk, The Hot topic was "Selfish World". We have actually completed 6years of our relation, 

How did such a huge amount of time passed so early?
This was stuck in my mind, How did it? Where and When ? 
All are there in memories and more when we talk about our common interest areas and her stories...
Madhuri, I miss your stories sharing part...
We have meet with the sad & happy phase of our individual life's, Always there for each other and also no one can understand us !

My 1st post of the May Month,

The Sunny Summer Climate makes me feel lazy, but finally I'm with my friend (Journey to my soul) and through this I can share the stories and try to make difference.

Today, I'm gonna share a story by Anshul Maheshwari, which is going to narrate a bond between a Son and Father.

So, here is the story for you.

A son took his old father to a restaurant for an evening dinner.
Father being very old and weak, while eating, dropped food on his shirt and trousers.
Other diners watched him in disgust while his son was calm.

After he finished eating, his son who was not at all embarrassed, quietly took him to the wash room, wiped the food particles, removed the stains, combed his hair and fitted his spectacles firmly. When they came out, the entire restaurant was watching them in dead silence, not able to grasp how someone could embarrass themselves publicly like that.

The son settled the bill and started walking out with his father.

At that time, an old man amongst the diners called out to the son and asked him, “Don’t you think you have left something behind?”.

The son replied, “No sir, I haven’t”.

The old man retorted, “Yes, you have! You left a lesson for every son and hope for every father”.

The man hugged him and kissed him , he was so proud of his son.

I have seen the same kind of care taken of my grandpa by my both mama's.... 

Respect the elders, and don't feel embarrassed if they don't behave upto date in front of public. Let them be Who they are, At this very late age no one can change... Let them live to the best for the left up period of their life, try to make it beautiful.

I said her, "Sure, Your demand will be done." But, I am not the great artist. But, I shall try my Best.
I hope my drawing can make you happy ,

Life's a reverse !

 

 

It is truth ! Life is a Boomerang(reverse). What you put in you get back, what you sow you will surely reap! If you are there for others, it will amaze you that in the time of need others will be there for you!  

Now, I know many of you would like to argue on this that this is nonsense,

"All this years I have, all my sacrifices, hard work and care I have given and loo now it never pays off !" But have patience, if it hasn't yet It will.

One way or another our deed come back to either enrich us, or haunt us! 

(If I talk technically, I can say with the same intensity in which you  threw it out, it will come back you.)

It happens in both your professional and personal , that indicates both business and love life

 Business Life :- What you invest you will earn with interest.                                          Love Life :- When you love unconditionally love with come back to you in a wonderful way.

I will always choose love, kindness and courtesy.

A very Good Morning.

It's 1st April

                                     And it was an April Fool....
All those old memories of school when every1 used to make april fool on 1st april !

A Year has 12months...
Each month has some unique feature....
Like The January month is known for the new beginnings, a new start, fulfillment of a New Year Resolution which has been made..
I have always loved to turn the page of a calendar for a new month and especially for a new year.
For myself it just seems so refreshing to have that new page with nothing written on it that allows me to start all over again with scheduling and plan making.

I am reminded of the time when I was a young girl in school.  As the school day progressed, the blackboard would become more and more filled with math equations, spelling words, instructions, etc.  It became quite messy with all the erasures and rewriting.  And yet the next morning when we returned to school, there was a clean slate.  It looked brand new, and the teacher could start all over again to fill it with whatever she chose.

And this time the april 2016. I just want that please pass it soon. As, this is the last month of the 4years Journey of Engineering. Eagerly Waiting for the end. I know its not gonna pass so easily , because in between the submissions, final exam to be given.
And in the last, Packing the stuffs to take a break and rest for the short period of time to enter the new college for my post graduation studies.

Wonderheart

One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley. A large crowd gathered and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a mark or a flaw in it. Yes, they all agreed it truly was the most beautiful heart they had ever seen. The young man was very proud and boasted more loudly about his beautiful heart.

Suddenly, an old man appeared at the front of the crowd and
said “Why your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine.“ The crowd and the young man looked at the old man’s heart. It was beating strongly, but full of scars, it had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didn’t fit quite right and there were several jagged edges. In fact, in some places there were deep gouges where whole pieces were
missing. The people stared – how can he say his heart is more beautiful, they thought?

The young man looked at the old man’s heart and saw its state
and laughed. "You must be joking,” he said. “Compare your heart with mine, mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars and tears.” “Yes,” said the old man, “Yours is perfect looking but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom I have given my love - I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart which fits into the empty place in my heart, but because the pieces aren’t exact, I have some rough edges, which I cherish, because they remind me of the love we shared. Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart away, and the other person hasn’t returned a piece of his heart to me. These are the empty gouges – giving love is taking a chance. Although these gouges are painful, they stay open, reminding me of the love I have for these people too, and I hope someday they may return and fill the space I have waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is?"
The young man stood silently with tears running down his cheeks. He walked up to the old man, reached into his perfect young and beautiful heart, and ripped a piece out. He offered it to the old man with trembling hands. The old man took his
offering, placed it in his heart and then took a piece from his old scarred heart and placed it in the wound in the young man’s heart. It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges.

The young man looked at his heart, not perfect anymore but more beautiful than ever, since
