Why Does Attachment Hurt the Most When Love Is Given So Freely?

Yes, “The more you care, the more it hurts.”

Have you ever found yourself wondering why the people you love the most end up hurting you the deepest? Why the ones you attach your heart to walk away or disappoint you, leaving behind a storm of emotions?

I've asked myself this question countless times. When you give someone all your love, time, care, and emotional space, you unknowingly start building an invisible thread of attachment. And this thread is delicate — it’s made of emotions, expectations, and hope.

But what happens when that thread breaks?

Pain. Disappointment. Emptiness.

A Letter to My Dad: Love, Regret, and Unfinished Dreams

Dear Dad,

It’s been years since you left us on that fateful day, May 27, 2019. But not a day passes without me thinking of you, feeling your presence in everything I do. Today, I write this letter to express my gratitude, my regrets, and the promises I am striving to keep—on your behalf.

I still remember those days in the hospital, during your chemotherapy sessions. You endured so much pain, yet you never let it overshadow your hopes for me and my sister. Your biggest wish was to see us both succeed, to see us settled and happy in our lives. You wanted the best for us, and I regret that I didn’t create more memories with you when I had the chance due to not staying in the town. I wish I had spent more time sitting beside you, listening to your wisdom, and cherishing those moments. But life, in its cruel swiftness, didn’t give me enough time.

After you left, the world completely changed for all three of us. With Babaji’s grace, Kiran (my elder sister) is well settled now. Shlok has grown up—he is a copy of you. An intelligent boy, always a topper in his class. About Mom, yeah, you said to keep her in Vadodara, and we did that. Honestly, no one can replace you. Just bless all three of us.

There are days when I crave our conversations—the way you would listen to my worries about work, about life, and somehow, with just a few words, make everything feel okay. I miss your advice, your reassurance, your belief in me. You always had faith in my abilities, even when I doubted myself.

I hope you are at peace, watching over us with a smile. And I hope that someday, when I look back, I will know that I have lived a life that would have made you proud.

Still, there’s a little mess in life—one that I am responsible for clearing up. I know it won’t be that easy, but I owe it to myself, to our family, and to you.

With love and endless gratitude,

Your Daughter - Heena Bachani (Honey).

Bura na mano, Holi hai!

This picture perfectly captures that feeling—candid, raw, and full of life. A reminder that sometimes, the best moments are unplanned, the best smiles are unposed, and the best memories are made when you least expect them.

Natural Holi highlights in my hair.

From brainstorming sessions to festive celebrations, we stand together through it all. And Holi was the perfect way to cherish those bonds—filled with vibrant colors, endless laughter, and unfiltered joy.

A team that plays together, stays together!

Happy Holi from my amazing team! ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ’–

My Journey at Matrix Comsec: From Inside Sales to Leadership

They say growth is a journey, not a destination. Looking back at my time with Matrix Comsec Pvt. Ltd., I can truly relate to this. What started as a role in Inside Sales has transformed into a leadership journey filled with learning, challenges, and immense gratitude.

The Beginning

On October 19, 2019, I joined Matrix Comsec as an Inside Sales Executive. The world of sales, especially in a dynamic and competitive industry like ours, was an exciting challenge. From understanding products and solutions to learning the nuances of customer engagement, every day was a new lesson.

The Growth Phase

With dedication, consistent efforts, and the support of my team and mentors, I navigated through various roles. In just three and a half years, I earned the opportunity to lead as the Team Leader for Regular System Integrators of PAN India. This transition was not just a change in designation but a shift in responsibilities, perspectives, and leadership skills.

The Support System

Growth is never a solo journey. I am immensely grateful to my internal stakeholders, cross-departmental teams, and my amazing team members who have played a crucial role in shaping my professional path. Most importantly, a big thank you to our external stakeholders – our Distributors and System Integrators – for their unwavering trust and collaboration.

Looking Ahead

Today, as an Assistant Manager - Domestic Sales, I look forward to new challenges, bigger responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute to the growth of Matrix Comsec. This journey has reinforced my belief that with passion, persistence, and the right people around, success is inevitable.

"With every new role and added responsibility, my hair got shorter—maybe that’s my way of ‘cutting down’ on stress!" ๐Ÿ˜†

To my Lifepartner

With my Soulmate…

I still sometime wonder that Is this really happening in reality like ‘We Are Life Partner’s’

The first whatsapp message from him that ‘Honey Are you Free On Sunday? Let’s catch up for Coffee’

And, I responded ‘Yes, I am available for a cup of coffee!!!’ And, that Sunday with all that nervousness with the thinking what he is going to talk to me? Like When mom dad told him about me, what would be his reaction? Or if he has someone already in his mind? Might be I do match his requirements/liking’s.

Yes, with that our first coffee we started thinking about each other more in deep and eventually with couple of more meetings we said YES, we are ready to move ahead as a LIFE PARTNER but with much more stronger FRIENDSHIP.

So, Finally we said officially YES with the blessings of our elders on 12th FEB, 2022

Then, we exchanged our RINGS with blessings of our elders on 26th FEB, 2022

Special Note: Thanks for making yesterday evening very special๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿฅค⭐️✨ You gifted me what I was needed the most and was waiting for longer time. I Love you ๐Ÿฅฐ

Our ❤️ Story has much more…..

For time being, till here…

The only thing I am eagerly waiting for our wedding date which is 30th Dec, 2022.

{Lots of Love}
Your Honey❤️

This is for you, DAD........................!

My SuperHero,,, He was everything to us.

Next month 27th May 2022.... It would be exact 3 years since you left us,,, the biggest loss!

You were the only man who used to agree with my arguments that girls and boys should have equal rights.... And, Not only boys should leave their house to grow,,,, it should be us also who should move out of the house and grow in their career....Hence, I am really really grateful for that and because of you today I have reached here.... Of course,,,, not upto your expectations... I will try my best to reach atleast nearby your expectations.

If you would have alive then definitely I would have reached more heights than where I am today... Because,,, that motivation lacks now and no one can do that on behalf of you.

I wanna say that your little honey who used to wear shorts and roam around, still keeps doing that ;-) But, your departure made me quite mature and empty from inside.

Thank You for the life lesson you taught me, your wisdom taught me the meaning of happiness.

"Throughout the years, you taught me how to be a strong, and independent person."

Now, finally, I am a strong independent woman...!!!

I Miss you like hell Papa,,, Radha Soami!!!

Your Daughter,

Honey!!!

On 27th Oct, 2021. I am done and dusted with 27 years of my life

Hello Folks,

I recently celebrated my 27th birthday and could say that had a wonderful celebration at home and office both.

Although it was a weekday, workload that day wasn't too heavy or stressful. I was able to take birthday wishes calls from family members and friends and overall on a relax mode. Normally, every birthday are unique, like you have memories related to each birthday. And, yes!! this birthday was one of the best one and its going to be in memories for forever, as the pre-birthday celebration was done on 24th Oct, 2021 (i.e. Sunday) with my very special bunch of people which was a surprise for me and such a kind gesture was not at all expected.

Morning had breakfast at home, left for office, I shared chocolates with all my colleagues at office. For Lunch, had subway, thus ended the day having dinner with family and then birthday cake for dessert.

Post dad's demise, past two and half years have been rough. I remember feeling so sad and helpless at sometime. If I talk specific about year 2021. I could say that up till now it  has been a great year, because quite good few things have happened and came in touch to few very kind-hearted person and found new genuine friends.

Let's see what's next?

Take Care!

Until We Meet Again, Amma! A Farewell Letter to My Grandmother.

2nd May,2021 at 10:15PM, amma tooked her last breathe and have left all of us for forever.

She went to papa finally, it would be two years to dad’s demise on 27th May, 2021. She has struggled a lot throughout her life, dadda(grandpaa) passed away at a early age and left her alone with 7 childrens, she was never interested in education despite her father being the ‘school master’ during that very old time. She never liked to study when she was in single digit age years, hence got married when she was of 11years old. She was so obsessed to wear gold ornaments especially the gold hair accessories. She loved to make two plates with rib-bin’s as her daily routine hairstyle. All these she did shared with us(grandchildren) when we started growing from little kids.

It is really very sad to digest the fact that you are no longer with us and have moved to heaven. But, she was 78 years old. Her death wasn’t a shock to us, because we knew that it was coming. Looking at her last 15-20 days critical condition, we all kept praying to god as she was suffering a lot.

And yet, it hurts.

My heart is raw. Everything about you will be missed, your handmade ‘Sindhi Seyal Maani with some extra lasan’, ‘Malpua’, ‘gobi aloo ki sukhi vali sabzi’,’uttarayan was her favourite festival because she loved catching the rolling kites coming from sky and to collect the thread with help of her fingers’ ...., much more...  you standing in the balcony of our old house during the evening hours, you were a great listener and had a great patience level.

But, finally after a hell life struggles, you have reunited to grandpa and papa, naresh and Jaggu uncle. You are at your home.

Last time we meet was on 19th March, 2021. I wish i was able to meet you very after that also. Stupid Covid situation is going worse day by day, keeping all the loved and dear ones away from each other. I hope God can make some miracle happen very soon.

Radha Soami Amma! Babaji baksho!

Lots of Love.                                                                      Honey.

Weird and Humid Weather!

Everything about these days is weird. Today’s weather is just so humid, while taking my morning walk+jog, due to this humid climate, I felt so lethargic and feebleness.

Such humid climate doesn’t just make you sweaty and  feel uncomfortable but make you sick definitely.

Please wake up early, get outside to get the natural oxygen and natural vitamin D(from direct early rising sun rays) and as much as possible get the sweat out of your body by any kind of physical activity. Trust me, this helps a lot to stay motivated in this pandemic time, healthy and fit also.

Morning walk at bridge(Incline mode).

One thing this covid virus made most of us learn one thing for sure that “Health is the only most important and primary thing to be taken care of.We also need to flush out our internal toxin in some regular time intervals.”

#This time shall also pass.

Safe and keep your self positive.

Lot’s of Love.
Heena.

With DJ cum an Artist ‘Mr. Vatsal Thakkar’ at Concept1 gym, Vadodara

The First thing you see when you walk into ‘Concept1 gym’ workout zone is the “Live DJ - known by DJ Vattsie” it feels so energetic, “when you enter a gym for your workout whether it is early morning or late evening after a hectic day and you hear someone playing a live DJ, your heart rate goes up and your good feelings come out. That’s what we most of the people want in a gym.” We always try to find out some unique element in everything whether it is any dish, clothing, even when it comes to fetch a job, shopping, joining any course,... many more. And, finally i found that unique element in concept1 gym to join.

Like people say and believe that the environment you are in actually matters a lot. So is the same  here ‘the environment you train in is as important as training itself and music is a great motivator to increase your efforts in the gym.”  Thanks to our artist cum DJ - Vatsal Thakkar for playing great music every day as that keeps everyone of us motivated to keep doing our workout and most importantly helping us to stay positive during this pandemic situation.

You keep playing the jams and we will always be excited to hit the gym ๐Ÿ™‚

Here is our ‘DJ vala babu jara gana chala do....’ ๐Ÿ˜‰๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽต

With Shubhi & Harshil!

Good Morning folks!

We all have got different type of learning while undergoing through this covid pandemic crisis. No one has the answer to the most common question : “when this will be back to normal again?” “when there will be No-Mask days?” “when can we bindass go to the streets, eat gol gappe, chaat?”,...,many more.

My learning from this pandemic is that “Life is so unpredictable and uncertain, so better live your life to the fullest and give your best in whatever you do.”

So, this post is dedicated to one of my junior’s rather we have stayed under one shelter during our college times and no doubt i used to be their “MAA”. Always giving them gyan. I hope i did it for the right.

Last week, after almost approx 2 years we got in touch via Instagram as i was away from all social media for almost longer peroid of time. So, here are they;

Stay blessed always and forever ๐Ÿ’• True love from both sides has got all the power!

I still remember you first day arriving at our flat with your bua and family members, bua asking me to take care of yours. And, with time moving ahead, you became so mature to take care of things so well of-course with lots of ups and down. You are a brave girl and dance is in your blood so keep dancing!

@Harshil : please consume less alcohol. Life is precious!

Just take care you guys and I am always there for you guys! Thanks for all your love and respect!

Lots of Love.๐Ÿฅฐ

Last day at Sawan Egineers Pvt.Ltd.

Hello Folks!!!

Hope you all taking care of yourself during this pandemic situation!

Well, after a long time, there is an update here on this blog. So, the update is that I left my job at Sawan Engineers Pvt.Ltd. (GIDC Waghodia, Vadodara) on dated. 17.03.2021(i.e. Wednesday).

Certain decisions in life are really very hard to be taken but sometime you have to take it with a heavy heart. Few days ago, while I was taking my evening walk, I meet with one of my cousin uncle, he told me: "When we feel that why there are so many obstacles/hurdles in our life? why we don't achieve things easily? why this isn't made for me?....., etc. But always remember one thing that there's something very nice is waiting for you, and the most important thing is that it will be received only at the very right time.

I wanted to thank you to all the staff members for all their constant support and love. And, I loved the surprise :)

Here are some glimpse of my last working day;

So, Tomorrow it's Diwali'2020 !

Hello folks! Hope you all are in good health and keeping safe.

Year 2020 shall be added in world's history... No one ever could have thought that at some point of time our lives shall be such, where we have to go through 'Lock down Phase', Mask & Sanitizer would be an most essential thing to wear/or carry along with us the moment we step out of our homes.... One of my relative definition for Mask : Body-Part...

Across the Globe, Many people lives have been take away from the near and dear ones. Everyone wishes to get back to the normal life 100%

At this moment, there is a mix feeling of joy and sorrow, this is a second Diwali after dad's demise.. It feels so so incomplete without his presence. He was so fond to buy Gold Ginny on the day of Dhanteras, used to get Fafda and Jalebi snacks on the day of dusshera, buy new clothes, used to give us cash to do shopping, and much more.......

He was our world, I wish he would have been with us. I personally have no clue to summarize how year 2020 has been and what's my take away?

It was a depressive year, a bit of broken, with lot many questions still unanswered, looking for a way out, trying to stay positive for my own self development...

I read somewhere written by someone "If there is no light without dark, no moving up without going down, no joy without sorrow, no rainbow without the rain, no good without some bad, no journeying within without knowing what's around - then maybe there is no knowing wholeness without knowing it is to be a bit broken?

I realized the fact that it is so absolutely meaningful and gives a sense to its saying. It is so important to move through all experiences and emotions, In short, In order to reach to the other part of the tunnel, we need to go through the dark. In order to enjoy the beauty of the nature, enjoy the vacations to the hill station surrounded by greenary, for which rain is must. Life is a journey, we just have to move on as per our destiny.

Wishing you all a Happy Diwali :)

Comeback

Each one has their own defination tor "Comeback".....

Today, for me it's been an year i left my previous job and was leaving Pune to comeback to Gujarat (to settle at this place(i.e. Baroda)... during childhood we used to call this city as Nani vali City...

How does it feel like When you have a lot with you, all of sudden you start losing one by one, ....   and everything turns out to be dark... it becomes difficult to see the light at the end of tunnel.. State of devastating.

Today, during my conversation with my friend (Mantej Singh), we spoke on this topic Comeback...

And, when i told him that I feel like I lost everything. And, a fear has developed inside that its now not possible for me to comeback.

He made me understand by saying that "You are on right track. Because when you feel come back is not possible that is the time you have nothing to loose.. And only thing you are left is with gain....So just think what you want to do and feel only things you want to do and dream only things you wanna do and just move on the direction...May be you would be wrong but atleast you would be on a path where you wanted to be...

Thanks buddy for being there at the most needed time...

We have faced setbacks in our life, but very few of those have that hunger to turn it around comeback.

Losing it all, then gaining it all, its a skill and very few pass this phase.. All you need is hard work and the most important "positive action."

The time of losing has gone..... now the next phase is yet to cross "to gain it all..."

Missing Dad :-*)

Lots of Love

Growth

Greetings!

This morning, While I was travelling to office. Almost, 45 minutes of travel, there were lot many thoughts came to my mind on Growth..

I discussed with my friend and asked him "What comes the first thing to your mind on "Growth""
He replied: "Today where I am and previously Where I was!'

We all face and go through changes as the time flies away...

If I take example of mine;

I always look back and feel nostalgic about it...

Schooling and (hometown) in Dahod,
Graduation days in Anand,
Post Graduation days in Pune,
Internship in Delhi,
First Job in Pune and
Currently in Vadodara (2nd Job)...

So, basically we all keep growing in our lives...According to me,

"Growth is  something that makes us unprepared and it is uncertain..."

Like in my case, After schooling, I moved to new city for pursuing my Graduation Course....

After Graduation Course, I moved to another new city for pursuing my Post-Graduation Course...

During the Post-Graduation Course, I choose another new city to pursue my Internship Course...

Likewise.... so on... the cycle goes on..

And, all the above change/transition/ which ultimately ends up by "Growth" have always been the toughest and most challenging, with lot's of Up's and down's, at some point it stretched us and push to go beyond, sometime as there was no other option to choose so basically all that we can do was to step in with what option we have..

#Uncertain #Growth #Transition #challenging #Unprepared....

"Stay health and Take Care. . ."

Cheers!

Year 2020 "For Survival"

Hello Readers,

I am back after a very long time. Hope you all are safe and healthy!

Not only a small village,
a city,
a state,
a country,
But, Yes The Entire Globe... is struggling with this tough time of Covid-19.

We all realized that it was all fun and games in the beginning(i.e. End of March/Initial of April), many of us started cooking, trying out all new recipes especially baking Cakes and Ice-Creams/Shakes as it was hot summer days.

We all always seek for some or the other change in our daily lives. Unfortunately, we never expected this type of lifestyle change, the way we socialize, the way we interact with people at work and in our personal life, our cultural norms...

Scene before Covid-19/Lock-down;

1. Let's go to "Lonavala" impromptu plan: Yes, Why Not. Let's pack a backpack and get into the car and go....
2. Let's invite them for dinner: Yes, No problem. . . without any second thought we call/text the respective guest...
3. Visit to Hospital for normal routine checkup.: Yes, booked the appointment and visit accordingly.
4.
5.
Like so on. . .

And, if we talk about the present days;

A complete opposite situation. . .
1. Let's go to "Lonavala" impromptu plan: We can't. . .until and unless travel is related to utmost important need.
2. Let's invite them for dinner: We can't. . . (i.e. exceptional cases and with little extra care.)
3. Visit to Hospital for normal routine checkup.: No. Dr. are not ready to even measure BP. Until and Unless there is an emergency case.
4.
5.
Like so on. . .

Are this changes going to be permanent? This is ringing the minds of people across the globe.. In many ways, Yes... It would take longer time to go back to old days.

But, then slowly slowly we all understand the fact that "Oops, this is not going to end soon, it has a long way to go. . ." This Virus has already took a massive shit all over our lives and it still has more shit's to bring.

And likewise, each day is a little heavy. . .and prayers across the globe for it's END soon.

We never ever expected that there would be such days where there would be a strict restrictions in visiting each others places, gatherings/outings, . . etc.   with a better intention. Covid-19 has brought a Limit for almost everything and also built boundaries, has resulted in a large number of human live being lost.

We all are clueless of what's hold next for all of us. . .

We all wish to see it's end very soon and eagerly waiting for it's vaccine. . .

Take Care everyone... :)
Stay Safe and healthy... :)
Much of Love!
Heena.
